All the episodes are on iTunes, one can download them and subscribe to them.
Once you subscribe to them, you can see them in your podcast library, however, when I go to iTunese store to just look up my podcast, only three of the four of the episodes shows up.

Put it through a validator, like this one: http://validator.w3.org/#validate_by_input. It'll look at your file and tell you if there is anything that needs to be changed. Once you would like to add a second episode, you just add it into the xml file. You don't need to re-submit it to iTunes. It will update automatically.
